3 Cubes of Naked Rivals Lime Juice
2 Cups of Fresh Coriander
1 Garlic Clove, Peeled
2 Tsp Maple Season or Honey
½ Tsp Ground Coriander
½ Tsp Sea Salt
½ Cup Extra Virgin Oil
½ Cup Greek Yoghurt
Method
- In a food processor, place the lime juice, coriander, garlic, maple syrup, ground coriander, and salt and pulse to combine. With the blade running, pour in the olive oil and process until smooth.
Handy Tip: To make it creamy (optional) – Blend in Greek yoghurt.
