2 Avocadoes, peeled, seed removed
1 Tomato, finely diced
1 small red Onion, finely diced
¼ cup finely chopped Coriander
3 X Frozen cubes of Naked Rivals lime juice, thawed
Method
- Add avocado and lime juice to a small food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl. Add tomato, onion and coriander and mix well. Season with salt.
Handy Tips:
I like the smooth texture achieved by using a food processor but you can simply mash the avocado in a bowl.
