Naked Rivals are proudly made here in Melbourne, Victoria. We’ve teamed up with a fantastic family-owned outfit who know how to squeeze just the right amount of juice from our ‘Ugly’ lemons and limes.

It’s important to us that wherever we can, we take action against the global growing food waste problem. Supermarkets have strict guidelines on the size and shape of their fruit and therefore, the fruit that doesn’t fit their criteria can go to waste. We ensure that doesn’t happen to perfectly good fruit.

Our lemons and limes come from the Mildura region in Victoria, and depending on supply, can be sourced from other regions within Australia. We’re all about keeping it local, so we aim to get our citrus goodness from Aussie farms whenever we can.

We’re the eco-warriors of the freezer aisle! We snag those C-grade lemons and limes from Aussie farms. C-grade might mean they’re not Insta-ready for supermarkets, but they’re still the juicy superheroes we need. We’re on a mission to fight food waste, one frozen Naked Rival at a time.

Yup! Our tray packaging is made from rPET, which means it’s been recycled before. It’s all food-grade and HACCP certified. 

Our boxes are sourced using responsible forestry practices and are made right here in Australia.  The card is compostable and recyclable, and we even use vegetable and soy inks for the printing. 

As a business that supports Aussie farmers and their ugly fruit product, we care about our environment and have a desire to continuously improve, so we don’t contribute to environmental and climate degradation.

They’re pros at keeping their cool, and that juice won’t make a break for it. Just pop ’em back in the freezer and let them be. If they completely thaw, remember, you’ve got 3 days to enjoy the mischief they bring. Best not to refreeze.
